The breakfast buffet was delightful, and Alex's exceptional service made mornings memorable. However, only two of us had breakfast included, leading to inflated additional costs.

The Westin Harbour Castle boasts magnificent lake views and clean, comfortable rooms, making for a lovely stay. However, parking was a struggle, and the food options at the main restaurant didn't quite meet expectations, leaving room for improvement in service at peak times.

The stay featured a clean room with ample space for our group, alongside a stunning city and lake view. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and the arena, and the front desk team provided pleasant service. Breakfast was fresh, with gourmet pizzas showcasing diverse options, yet some areas appeared slightly dated, affecting the overall ambiance. Although the value was fair, room features sometimes didn't match modern expectations.

We loved our stay because the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Toronto. The kids enjoyed swimming in the large pool, and we took part in a fun guided run along the waterfront, which was refreshing and scenic. Plus, the view from our room was simply stunning.
In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process was chaotic. More attention to family bookings would help avoid confusion. The kids wished for a quicker check-in experience and more efficient service at the restaurant.

The location is perfect for walks along the harbor. Housekeeping didn't refill our coffee supplies during the stay. The indoor pool is a nice amenity for relaxation after a busy workday.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed complimentary fitness classes and explored the city on bikes. The location is perfect, close to everything like Scotiabank Arena and great local eats. Don't miss the indoor pool and saunas. Just make sure to check if the rooftop restaurant is open during your stay.
One downside was the dirty windows obstructing our lake view. It was disappointing, especially for taking photos.

Family with kids, Worth it for the amenities!
The hotel had an awesome playroom for the kids that kept them entertained for hours! The pool area was very nice, with a jacuzzi that was a hit with the family!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the amenities, it was reasonable.
